STUDENT REGISTRATION

Dear Parents/Guardians:
We hope that you are having an enjoyable summer! ONLINE registration for the 2018-2019
school year will open on Monday, July 16, 2018. You can access your account from any device.
If you would prefer to receive assistance with the registration process you will need to register
at the school on Tuesday or Wednesday, July 31 st or August 1 st between the hours of
noon and 6 p.m. All students need to be registered by Thursday, August 2, 2018.
For all returning students, please go to the school’s website at www.medora.k12.in.us  then
go to the parents tab  then Harmony Parent Access to register your children. You MUST
have the username and password you created last year to log in. If you cannot remember your
password you can reset it by clicking “forgot my password”. If you cannot remember your login
information you will need to attend one of the registration dates.
Once you are logged in…
Click on your child’s name and scroll down to online registration (you will have to do this with
each child)
PLEASE…be sure to click on “UPDATE DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION” at the top and
update phone numbers, addresses and emergency contacts for each child.
Complete all forms listed below update demographic info. When you are finished, all forms
should have a green check mark beside them. If you have more than one child, please
remember to scroll back to the top and click on the next child’s name and complete all required
forms.
If you would like to apply for free/reduced lunches, please fill out the online form at the
bottom. Only fill out one free/reduced application per family. If you received a letter indicating
your children qualified for free lunch (by Direct Certification) please do not do an online
application.
New students, including Preschoolers and Kindergartners, registration will be from noon
until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31 st and from noon until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 1 st .
Once your children are registered you should be able to see their schedules (Jr/Sr High) for the
2018-2019 school year. Schedule changes for current high school students can be made at the
school guidance office from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. starting Monday, July 30 th . No appointment
necessary.
Payment for textbooks can be made at the Superintendent’s Office Monday-Friday, during
regular business hours once schedules are final.
